Recruitment of Thai manpower to work overseas can be simply handled by us (agency) in which it must be approved by the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs of Thailand before recruiting and dispatching the required workers. Following are procedure and official documents required.
1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
Agreement between you (employer) and ourself (agency) for the purpose of recruiting Thai workers to work with you.
2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Following are documents required by the Ministry of Labour of Thailand as for their approval.
A. Service Agreement
B. Power of Attorney
By Power of Attorney, you authorize us to recruit and make contract with required workers on your behalf.
C. Letter of Demand
The Letter of Demand must state clearly worker's trade, salary, number required, duration of employment and other term and condition. Please note that the Thai Ministry of Labour will not approve if worker's salary offered lower than minimum rate set by the Thai Labour Laws.
D. Employment Contract
Containing all basic condition of employment. Please note that your government authorities concerned must attest all above documents (except item A) and also attest by the Royal Thai Embassy.
3. TESTING AND SELECTION OF WORKERS
It shall be done by us (agency) or by your representative.

5. DISPATCHING WORKERS TO EMPLOYER
